Registration Process for Pre-Registered Fighters
We will start a line around 9:30am. If early arrivers start a line before that, please be courteous to others and follow each other’s rules.
Doors open at 10:00am.
Please proceed to HQ to check-in. Have your ID ready.
If you are 13 years old and under, please have your guardian with you.
When you check-in, you will receive the following:
- ID badge & lanyard
- Score Sheet
- Deck Registration Sheet
- Goodie bag
- Knight of the Steel Blade, Caradoc (PR/0013EN) Promo Card
Your ID badge and Score Sheet should have the same LETTER and 3-digit NUMBER.
This is your tournament ID number. Wear the ID badge around your neck.
Please fill out the following information:
- Score Sheet: write your name NEATLY on the top line
- Deck Registration Sheet: write down all the cards in your deck for this tournament
We have provided you with a Cardfight!! Vanguard pen inside the goodie bag. Please use the pen provided to fill out the sheets. HQ will not lend out any pens.
Once you fill out both sheets, please bring them up to HQ to turn in.
You may sit down, shop with our vendors or take a break until 11:00am, when the ROUND 1 seating charts will be posted.
For non pre-registered fighters:
Registration Process for On-Site Registration Fighters
We will form a separate line for on-site registration fighters at 9:30am.
Please DO NOT line up in the pre-reg line, or you will end up at the back of the line for on-site registration.
On-site registration begins at 10:30am.

NOTE: In the case where there are more fighters than the room capacity, we will pass out raffle tickets to on-site registration fighters at 10:00am. We will pull tickets based on the number of open spaces available. Pulled tickets will be posted at 10:20am. Please take the posted ticket and your ticket, and proceed to HQ to register & check-in.

But prepare for Vanguard to be called "Lucksack Critguard" again by other games since double-elim will basically do that. | |

| NA championship tournament structure updated. - ・4 rounds of swiss draw followed by Top 4 single elimination. ・The top 4 fighters after the final round of swiss draw will advance to the single elimination rounds. ・The standing of fighters with the same record will be decided by opponent’s match win percentage. (i.e. fighters who played opponents with a better record will be ranked higher.) ・The swiss draw and single elimination rounds will be best 2 out of 3 . ・1 round is 50 minutes. - Best 4 of all this will get its invitation to Tokyo. | |

| That's stupid. Everyone knows you open the booster pack on the upper right side of the pack, where the little slit is.
He means the box under the big picture. It holds up to three deck boxes. | |
