I really like the new format.
That is all.

New shit:

  • PAINFULLY Obvious images added, and title backgrounds for flair
  • Guests and non-elevated members can now see that forums exist, but still cannot view topics inside those forums
  • Descriptions of forums made more succinct

Yellow Bolt just looks like "OMG WHAT?!"

I like the Images, is there anyway to put the text underneath the images to save some space? Or at least see if it might look better than currently.

...wat? That would increase the space used. There's a huge open area after the image, to the right.

The images look a bit too large in my opinion. I was also going to complain that the links to the sub forums were too small, but then you included the images as links.

Same. I like the idea of the images, and they all look nice, but the size they are now creates so much unnecessary white space that it just seems like a waste.

The images are kind of loud. Bit of a shock being greeted by POWERMEDES every time I visit here.

Also it seems a bit big. I would include the captions describing the threads within the picture so it looks a little neater.

That would make the images either bigger or more busy (which I don't want)

I've been thinking about this quite for sometime. Maybe a sub-forum in TCG General that complies clan specific threads, since there are now like a dozen of them scattered everywhere in the TCG sub-forum.

We'll see about that. I was thinking of it but you have to understand that this would take up a CRAPTON of space, and specifically right at the start of the forum. So you'd have to scroll way down to see the non-clan TCG threads.

Unless I was elevated by God, the forum topics can still be accessed by non-elevated members.

Oh, And while I'm at it, I have a suggestion. Is it possible to have different colours between the non-elevated and elevated members?

No they can't. I elevated you. And I can swing new colors but I'm not sure I wanna. Might promote stupid elitism.

I'm also thinking of going back to not allowing them to see anything because now it's hard for them to know WHEN they were elevated. Hell, you even thought you always were.

I'd have to agree that Clan-specific areas might be a good idea, and to prevent mass scrolling you could have sub areas; Dark Zone, Dragon Empire, etc. Then inside have Dark Zone - Pale Moon, Dark Irregulars, Spike Brothers etc.

Btw I cant even tell the difference between whos been elevated and such... outside of the obvious Alice, 3D, Fira etc.

The point is no one is supposed to know who is elevated to prevent elitism and trolling. The newbies stay in the lounge and everyone else browses the forum.

New Feature: Registration now validates the fields in realtime instead of after clicking submit. Relatively small function, but a decent one nonetheless.

No font size increases, thanks. And what do you mean home button? That's what the giant vmundi banner is for

A larger home button/link (or any links) might be useful when browsing the forum via a smartphone. From my own experience, I have a hard time trying to even properly select the correct page number to go to, because they are really small on a phone screen. Totally optional though, since I will still check the forum on a PC instead of the phone.

I have problems using the forum on my phone.

On my HTC Wildfire using Opera browser, with the mobile version of the forum, there doesn't seem to be a reply/quote button.

Same scenario, but using desktop forum on my phone, when typing a reply the text appears the same colour as the quick reply/edit box.

However, everything is honky dory using Dolphin on Android in Desktop Forum. Still no reply/quote button for Mobile though.

Yeah I can't actually touch the mobile version. Forumotion sucks.

To stop the color problem, click this button: http://puu.sh/1ShNT
It turns off WYSIWYG and puts you into raw text

Not a forum suggestion but for the blog.

Are you able to add meta tags to your site?
Meta tags are put inside the <head> and it is parsed by a machine (google) to kind of give it a higher standing (cause you've catagorized it yourself).

Kinda like:

<head>
<meta name="keywords" content="Cardfight, Vanguard, Advanced, English, Alice">
<meta name="description" content="English Vanguard for the Advanced!">
<meta name="author" content ="V-mundi, Alice">
</head>

Keyword is what other people will type into the search bar. Seperate with commas.
Description is what the little blurb below the link will provide.
Author is you of course.

If you can't or you don't that's fine. I'm just suggesting it.
