About the damage zone, do me and my partner share the same damage zone by putting cards together or separate damage zone? If it's the later, if my partner has 1 card in his damage zone and none in mine, and the opponents has no damage zone, if I drive check a heal trigger, can I heal my partner damage zone?

According to the show, you would heal. You share damage.
