Again, it's not risk taking at all. You have a 1/3 chance to turn profit when you use a 3rd generation Ride Chain, however riding consistency as a whole is bolstered. While yes, those Ride Chains do a bad job at fully succeeding, they do a pretty good job at not failing.

Honestly this is what I actually thought. Because it looked orange to me and the arrow appeared to be pointing toward the "card" icon. I just assumed you had seen a clearer image when you posted your translation.

Oh don't even start that nonsense. There's no risk there. You're not in danger of actually losing some kind of investment. It's called a bonus and the bonus has a stupidly low chance of ever happening.

So far it seems to be a virus based on some of the released art just being recolored units that exist elsewhere. Luquier being a prominent example.

It doesn't matter because dark versions of cards are sexy.

Just look at Dark Armed Dragon, Dark Magician of Chaos, and Dark Magician Girl.

I find it tacky as fuck when writers resort to just dark versions of things. It's why Kamen Rider Kabuto lost points for me.

I wanted it to be LJ reverse engineering creatures from Cray and adding their own improvements for their cards and theme, not just outright stealing people's shit.

Did I say I forgive Blaster Dark? The difference there is the tale of Blaster Dark is him not being able to/wanting to take up responsibility for whatever magical sword so he flees the kingdom. I don't like it but it's better than "lol you're evil now"

Dauntless Drive Dragon's been re-worded. Apparently you can't re-stand it if it already re-stood once before. So no synergy with Dragonic Overlord, The End (or not much) anymore...

[AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):When a «Kagerō» rides this unit, choose one of your vanguards, that unit gets [Power]+10000 and "[AUTO](VC):[Choose three cards from your hand, and discard them] At the beginning of the close step of the battle that this unit attacked, if this unit did not [Stand] during this turn, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit." until end of turn.
[AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks, if the number of rear-guards you have is more than your opponent's, this unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of that battle.
[CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit that doesn't belong to the same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

The End > Dauntless stand > The End persona is still valid though, as it was in the anime. Just can't do the reverse order.

Though I'd add that the wording (or the translation) makes a pretty dumb logical hiccup: "If this unit did not [Stand] during this turn". By that wording, it would be invalidated just by the Stand Phase.

Edit: DERP. I forgot that technically "this unit" is the new VG that rides over Dauntless, which starts standing from the Ride Phase. So it really doesn't matter.

Yes. All the rewording does is prevent (First attack > persona > Dauntless re-stand.)
You instead have to do it in the order (First > Dauntless > persona)
