These emoticons are NOT meant for use outside of the "News" forum. They are only for use of posting more accurate and nicer looking card text.

I repeat, do NOT use the icons in the Lounge, TCG General, Anime general, or any other forum except "News".

This is a serious discussion board, not a casual chatting board where emotes are abused. These icons have a specific utilitarian purpose. Unfortunately, Forumotion does not give me the ability to limit based on usergroups or forum.
