Yep, two new announcements address the forum's reaction to that. We're weeping in the IRC.

Honestly I am excited that they are making new cross rides and hopefully each clan can have 1 or 2 so that the game can continue to be balanced. If there were just a few like DOTE and MLB. I would have a problem but Once every clan has them it would be more balanced especially for those who don't like them because of that reason.

But that devolves the game into just cross ride decks. Want to play Blau build? Too bad, you'll have to match the 13k on everyone's cross rides so use the new dragon dude.

I mean I guess but there is a certain thing about cross rides. They are inconsistent. They change the deck in which they are played in and while when they work they are amazing, when they don't they are extremely lackluster.

That is a positive claim. Please provide math for the probability of not getting a crossride off with a 4/4 G3 spread.

Meanwhile even if you do not get the crossride off, you do realize they still have generally useful skill and an 11k base, right?

Oh you mean like most G3 units? Like how my deck plays differently is I run Asura and Azure compared to Stern and Asura?

yes i meant like the latter meeb. Like Garmore Ezel is very good but Ezel, Ezel. I don't think would be as good the sacrifices you have to make while building these decks will be very hard to do therefore making them fast good and consistent might not even be possible.

Screw that, as long as Ji Endo keeps Twin Drive, I don't give a flying crap whether I miss the ride or not. Inconsistent and lackluster my ass. I may only get to guard as much as a regular Deck, but I'm still projecting a potential 3 card bonus to my quaking foes.

And come on. Searching for the pieces has only gotten easier. The Divine Beasts search for Azure Dragon. Kyrph Superior Rides into Ezel. Phantom Blaster Dragon is searched via Blaster Javelin.

13k is far more important than any gimmick that any deck could provide you as a bonus. Forget you, Berserk Dragon! I'm Tejas-ing boosters to kill more things that way!

I take it you didn't read my post.

I am saying they are STILL good even if you DO NOT get the crossride. However, I believe the math done has shown you will get the crossride off 68% of the time. Or OVER 2/3 of games. That is very consistent.

So you're wrong that it isn't consistent.
