Well let's start from the top.
Heals do not somehow prevent you from using Death Anchor or Stil Vampir. When you're at fivel damage, that's not the time to "start" pressuring. That's Final Turn or die. There is no reason you should not include 4 heals.
You should barely be planning on using Death Anchor ONCE. You replace the damage with cards from your deck. When you already have over 8 cards in your soul. If you were somehow able use that more than once (assuming you somehow live taking NO damage, without even a possibility of a 6th damage heal) you run the real risk of decking out. You plan on being at 5 damage at MID game? Going by our terminology that's not even possible. You are by definition in Late Game, whether or not your opponent is (and if you allow yourself to be damaged, you have fallen into a horrible trap and made the worst misplay possible).
Stil Vampir megablast can be used from rearguard and is a much larger pressure magnifier than using Death Anchor repeatedly will be in virtually any scenario.
Your G2 and G3 selection includes only 4 of an 11k (G2 Amon). The rest are 10k or less. If you face any 11k vanguards, you aren't pressuring at all. Stands in themselves are not pressure. You need some combination of good stand targets (11k attackers) and possibly on-hits to make Stands viable. If Death Anchor get's PG'd, you can give the crit to a RG. If it doesn't, you deal 3 damage. That should be game. Either scenario is pressure.
Edit:
Blog terminology is
Early Game: Before Grade 3 ride
Mid Game: After Grade 3 ride, before 4 damage
Late Game: 4 damage
