Seems like a stronger version of Azure Dragon but with a few too many restrictions.

Fucking barely. If you ignore the 13k body, this card doesn't hold a candle to Azure. He only gives you two attacks or one strong attack. This thing gives you one strong, one weak. Both are persona. But Azure has no CB cost, so you can use Kirara to plus, and doesn't have to wait ever. Both have to hit. So Azure comes out ahead. A single activation is easier and more beneficial in Novas to pull off than this shitty card.

This card is barely going to work in VMF where that 13k body becomes "During your turn"

Goddamn that card's really boring.

It's fake, since the guy said different stuff on three different tweets, purely translating from the person's twitter:

This is fucking crazy. It seems like bushiroad is making every clan (besides the main clans) horrible.
And when the secondary clans begin to show some potential (granblue and megacolony) they just don't support them for 4-5 Sets.
This game was the most balanced card game period. Now its turning into a GP Trading Card Game.

Well I was already suspecting that guy. And the new Pacifica may not be a X-ride after all, like how we thought DACL was one too.

Well, it doesn't really matter since the people who already have four copies of Top Idol, Pacifica are those that actually want to play Bermuda, unlike Cosmo Lord. I'm really just hoping that Bushiroad tries to make Bermuda more competetive, some how. A 10K vanguard booster that practically every major clan has would be nice, for starters.

OH GOD. What the hell was the point of Cosmo Lord when this can basically do something similar and has a 13k body to boot? Not only that, you can NOW RE-STRUCTURE the field as well!

Turn 1 - Bounce, + Critical
Turn 2 - Drop 5 Rearguards, +10000, bounce Critical, so 23000/2 Critical without boost?

One reason that it has been suggested as fake is that LORD is usually at the bottom while LIMIT BREAK is usually at the very top.

Why would you wait two turns? It's ACT.

However, that's retarded because you can do this

Limit Break/+ Critical
Drop 5 Rearguards/+ 10000

So now you are looking at a 43000, Triple Critical Vanguard without a boost! (Although it's more likely to be 33000 more often)

No way in hell that thing is real.

Bah, Gauntlet Buster could be 40k (with Personal Booster) with Critical 3 with Vowing.

'Sides, it's a Late Game ability. So it's not that likely to hit.

Except this doesn't require the use of 2 very specific cards and 40000 is likely to hit any time in the game outside of a Perfect Guard.

Well, in your scenario, Pacifica has to be completely ALONE when it's time to Crossride to reach 43k. When's that ever going to happen?

Well yes, that is why I said in brackets that 33000 would be the more likely number.

Bursting more bubbles about fake skills, though I'm going to look like Mr.State-the-obvious here. Aside from what 3D said, that Lord is the last skill of any card that has it so far (Effective up to Liberator of Round Table, Alfred and Dragonic Descendant, at least), there's also other points that makes this image bogus:

1.LB4/LB5 has always been the first skill of any card to have it, this one has it last.
2.Flavor Text is too dark, and the left and right borders for the black box the flavor text is contained in is too close to the text, vanguard cards usually leave a space between the border and text, left and right. The exclamation mark, the most visible of the flavor text, is also unusually low.
3.PAcifica's PA's handakuten (The symbol that makes a HA into PA) is to big.
4.The Crit+1 is too close to the last text of the sentence in the Limit Break, so is the +2000 for both instances printed on the card.
5.The +2000 looks...weird, unlike the usual font Bushiroad uses, even when taking Exculpate the Blaster, who has the most text of any Vanguard card, into account.

The biggest issue I saw with it was the fake looking shiny.
