Legality of Flash deck cards for official tournaments

I couldn't find this anywhere, does anyone know if the Flash deck cards (like the alternate art Nehalem and the Tahr from KAD2) are legal for official Bushiroad tournaments?
And if possible, do you have a link for the source that confirms it is / is not legal?

Well if they've been printed in a regular pre-made deck or booster set, I don't see why not.

Because as far as I know although they are in English those decks were released in Asia only, and they are not mentioned anywhere in the official English Bushiroad site ( http://cf-vanguard.com/en/cardlist/ ).

English release is listed right there. It's just distributed normally to Singapore and you need to get it at a shop event internationally. It's legal if it's English and printed.

That's the same reasoning I did, but I'd like to get an official confirmation because I have a playset of Nehalems and a playset of Tahrs to trade, but I don't want to trade them without making sure they are legal so I won't be "scamming" anyone with illegal cards.

I couldn't find anything, but someone must already have asked this to Bushiroad and got an answer.
