Star Blue Wisdom or Iron Ball deck lists. You're somewhere in the middle of both of these. Give them both a look.

You don't need 8 stands with your Death Armies, Stern, and Dancing Wolf. Go with crits. You have nothing with an on-hit threatening effect so stands are not as effective.

Rutile isn't serving much purpose here since his effects only work on VC and Stern is a relatively reliable ride chance. A better backup would be something with a 11k body (Azure Dragon, Asura Kaiser). If you want to run Rutile, check that build in the above link. That deck DOES focus on threatening with a lot of on-hits and powerful standalone columns (Jack).

Death Armies with only 7 G3s? No. 3 Perfect Guards? No, use 4.

If I Were To Add Storm Would I -2 DeathArmy Lady?

Storm's pointless since Stern's your only CB user (in an ideal game, anyway), which the opponent will never let through if they want to not die. Storm and Rutile belong in their own dedicated build.
