Ok guys, I'm back, with my Kagero Lawkeeper Build. Now, I was thinking that since in this deck you have so many grade 3 units and you may ride 2 different grade 3 units until the preferred one is there and that you would at least get off 1 Kimnara or Gatling Claw, that you would have 5 Soul, therefore, I would tech in one Blazing Flare Dragon.

Here is my OTT deck list. Basic stuff I guess. I found that I wasn't using Cocoa a lot in game so I replaced her with Vanilla and so far so good. Milk lets Tsukuyomi hit for 21. Also only 3 Chocolat as I don't like using 4 with an 11000, maybe when crossrides come out I'll add another. Tom adds pressure, mocha helps with hitting the rear guards. Red Eye gives me that 6th soul I need. I originally liked CEO over Full Moon since 22 sounded better than 19 but I think I may switch those two around. Liking the deck thus far!

@LiighTning: Run 4 Slient Toms. I would recommend replacing a Mocha for him. He hurts the most in when your opponent has full of Grade 0s in hand.

Now that I think about it, I have won a couple of times because Tom decides to make an appearance in my hand. I'll give it a whirl. Thanks for the suggestion.

Tom is a devastating sonofabitch.

Really, the only reason I only use two at this point is to try and limit the number of changes I'll need to make if the Japanese format hits the US.

Slow down there, Tex. Bushiroad has made ample statement they aren't giving the US the same list. And if they do restrict anything, it'll be several months if not a year. Going strictly by precedent and their word.

Still, I'd rather be safe about it and only have to change 1 and 2, or zero and 3 instead of 0-3. If Oracles aren't hit, then I can increase Tom, Gemini, Blue-Eye and Red-Eye. If they are and I've gone to a deck that doesn't have the restrictions, I'm basically rethinking my entire ratios.

One of my friend decided to jump into Vanguard today during our big three hour break between classes. Went to the local shop to check out the Trial Deck selection and it turned out that they had not gotten their new TD shipment for Novas and OOTs. I convinced him to buy a pair of the Kagero TDs instead. He left his cards in my car so I took them home to whip something together with the Kagero stuff I had.

Looks alright to me. If you're throwing in 2 Barri's thats pretty nice of you :P

Yeah, that'll work with two barris. Replace crested with like a lawkeeper or something.

I'll probably take them back if/when he loses interest in the deck. If he's serious about getting into the game, I'll tell him to stock up on D-Police shit since he's a big Sentai and Supet Robo fan. Nothing screams Super Robo more than GATTAI-ing into Great Daiyusha.

Yeah Waterfall would be a good substitution.

It looks good Gelatin, but there are only 49 cards in that deck. I'd say add another Gojo or Tejas. I'd also replace the Stands with Draws (Since he should have 8 Monicas total), but it isn't that big of a deal. I'd also suggest that you substitute in Waterfall.

As for if it is competitive, you're giving him a mostly finished Goku-Kagero deck. All he's missing are 3 Kimnara, 2 Barri, and a set of either the 4th crit or Gatling Claw. He'll be fine.

It's the new Rutile deck I intend to debut at my store making this my 2nd nova grappler build. I still don't own any twin bladers so that is why I have shouts or Wolfs where Gavan(It's what he is) should be.

You should use Turboraizers of Cannonballs because Mechas are awesome.

Eh, no thanks. While the artwork is awesome and I am huge macross fan in the eventually I do need to cal one of them. I'd rather call cannon ball who boosts for 5000 and doesn't go back to the deck. As opposed to Turbo which while it does net me a 6000 boost it's a one time thing and then I'm left with no booster at end of turn.

Not to mention Cannon ball is a parody of several Mecha: Balls and an aquatic mobile suit who name escapes me at the moment from the Gundam Franchise and the "urban mech" from from mech warrior.
